Our Approach
In our management laboratory, we help our clients create WOW! through technology innovations. We strongly believe in the power of "i": power of Internet, combined with the power of ideas, innovation, inspiration, insights and imagination... At the same time, we also believe that those ideas and solutions to client's problems must be the result of creative teamwork between the client, employees, its customers (through research), community and/or the outside consultant. Our approach is interactive, and it combines training, brainstorming and implementation. We call this approach a management laboratory, as opposed to management consulting or management training.
Management laboratory approach combines three methods:
- Management Training ("Why Change"): designed to provide information, educate and open mind and provide foundation for change
- Brainstorming ("What Can We Change"): designed to generate many ideas and possible solutions; brainstorming is done through active involvement of the client’s company management, its employees, customers and consultants
- Implementation ("How Do We Change"): designed to choose the best direction and follow through.
Most traditional management methods lack one of the three aspects. Training without implementation will rarely result in a change. Implementation without brainstorming based on the active involvement of the client is not working either, as the solutions are perceived as too generic and imposed by the consultant ("their" solutions).
Management laboratory approach is:
- Informative and inspirational (training component)
- Creative, interactive, empowering (brainstorming component)
- Result oriented (consulting & implementation component)
