Brainstorming
Brainstorming is normally the second step of our approach and it is inspired and based on the training. These sessions normally involve company’s management, employees, our consultants, but also sometimes company’s customers, associates, and community. The purpose of these sessions is to provoke idea generation, strategic review and decision making regarding any aspect of you strategic management and marketing. Again, the client is in the "driving seat" when selecting of his/her topic for the brainstorming session. Here are several examples of our brainstorming sessions:
